Puspa Arumsari (born 10 March 1993) is an Indonesian female pencak silat practitioner. She is a gold medalist at the 2016 Pencak Silat World Championship which was coincidentally held in Indonesia.

Puspa represented Indonesia at the 2018 Asian Games and claimed gold medal in the women’s individual tunggal event where Pencak silat was one of the newest sports to be introduced at the 2018 Asian Games. This became Indonesia’s first Asian Games gold medal in its own martial art, Pencak Silat.

Puspa began Pencak Silat as a sport when she was in elementary school after her brother, a Pencak Silat coach in Depok, West Java, invited her to join a training session. Puspa began to participate in competitions, beginning with local championships all the way to National Championships.

Puspa, who studied graphic design in university, continued training Pencak Silat and was able to win a gold medal in the seni category at the 2016 World Championships in Bali, and a bronze medal at the Kuala Lumpur Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in 2017.

Puspa practiced both sparring (tanding) and artistic (seni) aspects of Silat but decided to focus on the artistic aspect for competitions. She trained in the perguruan PSHT.
